(CCMCC)

Organization Bylaws

Central Coast Muscle Cars and Classics, Inc. herein referred to as CCMCC, is a car Organization that honors classic generations of American automotive history spanning manufacturing years prior to 1979. This Organization is a congregation of individuals brought together to positively impact our local communities, charitable foundations, and youth organizations. Working to raise money and donate to multiple non-profit organizations (501.c.3), but not limited to any one non-profit organization.

CCMCC will meet 8 months out of 12 months. All CCMCC Organization members are encouraged to attend. Meeting dates and locations will be announced on our website for all members to plan for all Organization events.

The CCMCC Administration shall consist of (3) members. Those members will each hold a position or chair at the meeting table for the Organization.

Seats - Lead Administrator, Treasurer, Merchandiser.

The Lead Administrator will keep order in the meetings, and any violation of members will be dealt within the Organization with fines, suspensions or termination. Pending the majority of the membership vote. In the event of a tie vote with membership, the administration staff will be the deciding vote.

No profanity will be allowed during the monthly meetings. If the Lead Administrator has the floor, no interruptions will be allowed until discussion is opened to the floor by the Lead Administrator to members.

Any member who leaves the meeting unexcused prior to the adjournment called by the Lead Administrator may be considered derelict, in (his/her) obligation to the Organization and (his/her) membership will be reviewed by the membership for termination. In the event of a tie vote with membership, the Administration Staff will be the deciding vote.

In the event of a vacancy of the Administration Staff, the Lead Administrator shall nominate members in good standing for the term of the vacancy.

All members in good standing for at least one (1) year who have paid dues, complied with Bi-laws, may be nominated to the Administration Staff. The term for Administration is two (2) years.

Membership Responsibilities

All members are to be considered in good standing who have paid their annual dues for the current calendar year, and have complied with all Bi-laws.

Dues will be decided by the annual expenses that are budgeted for the following calendar year, and will be divided equally among the members.

Members are expected to attend 7 car shows per year, attend 70% of our member meetings, and attend 100% of our Organizations car shows. ONLY exceptions are Work, Funerals, Life Threating Illness, and Family Events.

CCMCC understands the fact that this is an Organization for adults (21+ of age); however it does not condone profanity or alcohol consumption at any organization events, functions or meetings. Any member showing consistent abuse of this law is under (his/her) own risk, and is eligible for an ejection
vote from our Organization. This will also include but not limited to e-mails that are pertaining to our Organization, and not approved by the Administration or Members for the Organizations best interest.

Any member at any time can be voted out of the membership if (his/her) actions are offensive or not in the best interest of our Organization. A member that is up for termination from the Organization shall be voted on by the members, and the majority of the vote will be the final decision. In the event
of a tie vote with membership, the Administration Staff will be the deciding vote.

Any current members who share vital information (financials, sponsors, internal problems, etc.) from our organization without written consent by the Administration or approval by the members, will be subject to membership review for termination. The Organization information is sole proprietary for CCMCC. Any members that send e-mails that create dissension, offensive or personal, and not in the best interest of CCMCC will be dealth with.

New Members

New Members can apply for membership within our Organization by an application; this doesn't grant  them immediate membership. He/She must attend three (3) events, and be voted in by the membership. The decision by the majority of the membership will be final. In the event of a tie vote with the membership, the Administration will be the deciding vote.

Ex-Members

Former members who left in good standing may apply by application once again. Any ex-member that has been terminated or was in the process to be terminated will not be able to apply to our Organization once again. Any ex-members who share vital information from our Organization without written consent by the Administration or approval by the members, will be subject to non-membership review.
